Gary Frost joined Willshee’s as Operations Manager in November last year, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge that is helping the team to gear up for growth as we introduce more services and expand to a third site.
Very much a team player, Gary’s priorities are to be at the forefront of the industry: “I really want to make a difference and deliver sector-leading service levels. We have a very strong team here, with a really strong work ethic and a cracking offer.
“With nearly 40 vehicles and 90 employees we can offer scale, combined with flexibility and agility, alongside a fully compliant process that is totally transparent and traceable.
“Someone else’s rubbish, is our process. We have a fantastic chance to grow as a business and to that end we are now making preparations for our third site.”
Gary previously worked for Biffa and has 20 years’ experience in waste management, prior to which he was in road transport. Gary holds a CPC Certificate in Road Transport, an EPOC certificate and & WAMITAB Certificate in transfer and treatment of non-hazardous waste – which is an Environment Agency requirement.
MD Dean Willshee believes that Gary is really enhancing the offer to customers. He says: “Gary brings experience, intelligence and confidence and has already made us a more robust team. This underpins our potential to grow into new areas, with no dilution of the values and quality standards that have been so dear to us to date.”
