At Willshee’s, we’re proud to support many local events organised by local communities, and one of the standout highlights of the year is Burton Caribbean Carnival.

Willshee’s was delighted to play a small part in this much-loved local event in 2025 to help the day run smoothly. Held in August, the carnival brought together communities, culture and creativity, filling the town with colour, music and celebration as the procession made its way from the Burton Caribbean Association to Shobnall Leisure Complex.

From beautifully dressed floats and energetic dancers to the vibrant sounds of the samba and steel bands, the day ran like clockwork. Volunteers and marshals worked tirelessly, entertainment kept young attendees smiling all day, and the procession gathered momentum, and support, along the route.

We were proud to help keep the event clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone who attended.
